Troy Michael Campbell

Troy Michael Campbell, 53, of Hymera, passed away on October 3, 2019 at home with his loving family by his side.  He was born in Sullivan County on March 3, 1966 to Michael Floyd Campbell and Sherlyn (Arnold) Campbell.  Troy was a 1984 graduate from North Central High School and attended Indiana University in Bloomington. He was a loan officer for Standard Federal Bank in Indianapolis and traveled around the world in the ’90s. In 2000 he became the full-time daycare provider for his niece Marina. He loved cars, boating and being with his family and friends.

Survivors include his parents Mike and Sherlyn Campbell of Hymera; sister Michelle Thompson of Indianapolis; niece Marina Thompson of Indianapolis; uncle Jim (Rhuanne) Campbell; cousins Steve (Brenda) Campbell, Teresa (Tab) Boaz, Derek (Amy) Campbell, Brittany (Derick) Dahlstrom, Avery (Maggie) Boaz, Austin (Sammie) Boaz.

A celebration of his life will be on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 from 5 to 7:00 p.m. at Holmes Memorial Chapel in Sullivan.
