Alicia Moseley, of Sullivan was swept into the loving arms of Jesus on September 12, 2026, at Envive of Sullivan. She began her life journey in Denver Colorado on, September 17,1961, the daughter of Lawrence and Doris Gettler. Alicia married the love of her life, Jeffrey Moseley on April 27, 1985. They loved life together until his passing in 2012. She attended High Point Community Church. She was passionate about her love for Jesus and was willing to share her faith with those around her.

Alicia’s compassion for others was demonstrated through her work in the Home Health Care profession. Her love of people made her a welcome light in the life of her clients. They were always treated as family. She enjoyed reaching out in the community by volunteering in various areas.

Alicia had an incredible green thumb. She could grow anything and enjoyed the opportunity to educate others on the variety of her plants. Just like her plants she herself enjoyed soaking up the sun, even if it was artificial. Her family was her priority. Above all her greatest joy was her grandchildren, they were her joy and passion. Being called Nana was her greatest title. They knew that “Nana” was up for playing sports, rough housing or a trip to the pool. There truly was nothing she would not do for her grandchildren. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she so deeply loved.

Those preceding her are her parents, along with her husband, Jeff Moseley and son, Billy Gettler.

Those here to cherish her memory are her son’s, James Gettler (Kim), Jeffrey Moseley (Ashley) ; daughters, Melanie Brown and Heather Velazquez; sisters, Gerilyn Glover and Dana Williams; her adored grandchildren, Daren Gettler (Riley), Livia Brown, Miki Brown, Mia Brown, Zay Brown, Brystal Welch, Zane Moseley, Zac Moseley, Zaiden Moseley, Zoey Moseley and William Moseley; great-grandson, Sammy Butler. Along with several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Services to celebrate a well lived life will be on Friday, September 18, 2026 at Holmes Memorial Chapel, with visitation from 11:00 am. until time of service at 1:00 pm. with Minister Norman Santus officiating. Burial will follow at Merom Cemetery.
