Betty Jane Roudebush

Betty Jane Roudebush, 89, of Sullivan daubed her last bingo card and joined her lifelong mate and husband of 70 years Don on Saturday January 2, 2016 at Sullivan County Community Hospital. She was born in Hammond IN. on January 28, 1926 to Adolph Hank and Pearl Meissener. Betty enjoyed playing bingo two nights a week, raising her children and was a member of the Moose club. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Donald in 2013, both of her parents, and a sister Helen Cook. Survivors include her daughter Cheryl (Mike) Dowden of Hot Springs AK, and two sons Carl Roudebush, Steve (Michelle) Roudebush both of Sullivan. Seven grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday January 7, 2016 at Holmes Memorial Chapel with Reverend Moyer Officiating. Visitation will be on Wednesday January 6, 2016 from 4-8:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Center Ridge Cemetery
