Charles Kimberling

Charles E. Kimberling of Shelburn went home to be with the Lord at 1:15pm on Thursday, October 3, 2013 in Miller's Merry Manor Nursing Home. He was born March 8, 1930 in Leavenworth, KS to Walter and Eva Deweese Kimberling. Survivors include his wife Lois Nash Kimberling, daughters Kathryn Shannon (Pryde) and Joyce LaFollette, sons Michael A. Kimberling (Carla), James E. Kimberling (Cindy), Ronald E. Kimberling (Renee) and Charles L. Kimberling (Robin), sister Connie Boyd, brothers James K. and Walter K. Kimberling, sixteen grand-children and eighteen great-grand-children. Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, sisters Elva Deweese Adams, Ema Boswell, Edith Dambach, and Frances Roop, and a brother Robert C. Kimberling. Visitation will be Sunday, October 6, 2013 from 4:00pm til 8:00pm at Holmes Memorial Chapel in Sullivan. Services will be on Monday, October 7, 2013 at 10:30am in the Missionary Baptist Church in Fairbanks with Rev. Larry Gillespie officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Wilfred, IN. In lieu of flowers family request donations be made to Missionary Baptist Church building fund.

Visitation will be Sunday, October 6, 2013 from 4:00pm til 8:00pm at Holmes Memorial Chapel in Sullivan. Services will be on Monday, October 7, 2013 at 10:30am in the Missionary Baptist Church in Fairbanks with Rev. Larry Gillespie officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery in Wilfred, IN.
