Clifford Clark

Clifford Eugene Clark, 82, of Sullivan, passed onto eternal life on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at his residence. Clifford was born on April 14, 1942. The son of Harold and Marguerite Hayhurst Clark. Clifford was a graduate of the 1960 class of Graysville High School.

He went on to work as an over the road truck driver, and later Security Guard for Hoosier Energy, before retirement. He attended Carlisle Christian Church and later, Merom Bluff Church. He was also a member of the Carlisle Lodge #3 Free and Accepted Masons.

He is preceded in death by his wife Sharon “Rose” Clark, his parents, and his brother Hubert Clark, along with his beloved dog, Sophie.

Clifford is survived by his daughters, Cathy Smith (Timothy) and  Karen Freed; grandchildren, Kyle Freed, Dustin Smith, Nicole Downing and Brad Freed along with his Special Friend and companion, Barbara Mahan.

There will be a graveside service at Merom Cemetery on Friday July the 12th a 11:00 AM.

The staff at Holmes Memorial Chapel were honored to assist with arrangements.
