David Scott

David Lee Scott, 42, of Sullivan passed away in IU-Methodist Hospital on Wednesday, December 30, 2015. He was born on September 6, 1973 in Sullivan to Tim and Patti (Moore) Scott. David was a 1992 graduate of Sullivan High School. He was employed by CSN, LLC. On September 14, 1996 David married his high school sweetheart Rebecca Monk. Preceding him in death was is mother in law Joan Stedman Monk. Survivors include his wife of 19 years, daughter Reece Avery Scott, his parents, a sister Marianne (Jeff Waycock) Scott, a brother Jimmie (Andee) Scott, father in law John Monk, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles. Per Davids wishes cremation was chosen, with no services. Burial will be at a later date in Johnson Cemetery in Graysville.
