Edith Gayle Stultz was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on Monday, April 7, 2025. Gayle began her life journey on November 10,1952 in Vincennes, Indiana. Born the daughter of William Samuel and Opal Earley. She was a 1971 graduate of Sullivan High School. In 1972 she married her life partner Jack Stultz. She furthered her education at Vincennes University earning her Nursing Degree and passing the State Boards to become an RN.
Gayle was by nature a loving caring person, who put everyone's needs first. She attended First Prairie Creek Baptist Church, where she not only attended but lived the life of a true believer. Loving others as Christ would. Gayle found pleasure in the beauty of the outdoors. She enjoyed being active, playing pickle ball, golf and working in the yard. You would find her proudly traveling to attend her grandchildren’s sporting events. Family was her priority, she was the devoted wife, mother and grandmother that lived to lovingly dote on her family.
Those awaiting her Heavenly arrival were her parents and sister, Theresa Foster.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Jack Stultz; son, Ryan Stultz (Brittne); daughter, Jennifer Davis (Todd); sister, Sharyn Kersey (Eric); grandchildren, Cole Davis, Alex Davis, Kate Davis, Caleb Stultz and Ty Stultz; mother in-law, Christine Stultz; several nieces and nephews. Last but not least, her faithful canine companion that was very loved, Chase.
