Ella Marie Taylor

Ella Marie Taylo April 25, 2016 - October 28, 2016

Ella Taylor, daughter of Jacob and Alana Taylor of Carlisle, went back to heaven from Riley Children's Hospital, surrounded by her loving parents and extended family members. She brought joy to all those who knew and loved her and will be forever in our hearts.

Ella is survived by her parents and 3 year old brother, Tyken. Other family members who stood by her side with their presence, thoughts, and prayers include: maternal grandparents, Tammy (Brian) Throckmorton, and Jeff Scarbrough, Paternal grandparents, Keith (Dana) Taylor. Great- Grandparents, Gordon (Jane) Windings, Gaylen (Susan) Pickard, and John ( Virginia) Tomey. Great-Great Grandparents, Sherry Windings and Eunice Throckmorton. Aunts and uncles, Shay (Jennifer) Taylor, Ethan (Stephanie) Taylor, Chelsey (Daniel) Abrams, Heather (David) Watkins, Grayson Taylor (Codie Roberts), Ben Taylor (Taylor Ashcraft), Cassandra Scarbrough (Brandon Fidler), and Danny (Leah) Windings. Ella Was also loved and will be missed by numerous cousins and other extended family members.

We marveled at Ella's strength and strong will, but are coming to understand that God had other plans for her. She had the most beautiful blue eyes, dimples on her cheeks, and her smile… No words can describe her smile. She was perfect in every way. The family thanks the staff at the hospital for the loving care they provided for Ella and her family. Ella's name was spoken in prayers at places across the country, and more people came to the hospital to see Ella and her family than the waiting room could hold at times. The family is also grateful for all of them. Ella is at peace, and the hope is for continued prayers for her parents and family.

Services will be at 11:00 am on Saturday, November 5, 2016 at The Holmes Memorial Chapel in Sullivan with Bishop Rob Warren officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Friday, November 4, 2016 at the funeral home and 10:00 a.m. until the time of services on Saturday. Interment will be at Hickory Cemetery in Dugger.

Flowers will be accepted, but if family and friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made to Riley Children's Hospital in Ella's name. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
