Ernest Lee Wells

Earnest Lee Wells, 84 of Terre Haute, formerly of Hymera passed away on January 10, 2014 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He was born in Hymera on March 7, 1929 to Lewis and Elizabeth (Plew) Wells. Lee was a 1947 graduate of Hymera High School, was retired from Pfizer, a 50 year member of Hymera Masonic Lodge # 588 F & AM, and a member of the Hymera Eastern Star #289. He enjoyed his family and time on the lake. Preceding him in death are his parents and a sister Norma Dale Nash. Survivors include his wife and the love of his life for 66 years Margie (Beasley) Wells, two sons and their wives Richard L. Wells (Kathy) of Mooresville, Gregg Wells (Sandi) of Hymera, a brother Earl and his wife Margaret of Hymera, grandchildren Todd Wells of Bloomington, Scott Wells of Indianapolis, Carrie Kennett of Farmersburg, Tracy Calvert of Heritage Lake, Tricia Andrew of Brownsburg, Heather McCoskey of Farmersburg, great grandchildren, Jacob & Jeremey Wells, Nolan Kinnett, Jessica Wells, Bryana Calvert, Kenzith & Lanee Andrew, Sean Davis, Mia & Malee McCoskey. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. on January 15, 2014 at Holmes Memorial Chapel with Rev Mike Julian officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Masonic services will be at 7:00 p.m. Burial will be at Knights of Pythias Cemetery in Hymera.

Services will be at 10:30 a.m. on January 15, 2014 at Holmes Memorial Chapel with Rev Mike Julian officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at the Funeral Home. Masonic services will be at 7:00 p.m. Burial will be at Knights of Pythias Cemetery in Hymera.
