Eva Ann Grimes

Eva Ann Grimes, 71, of Sullivan passed away on Monday December 31, 2018 at her residence with her family by her side. She was born in Mt. Vernon on Janruary 6, 1947 to Henry Mattingly and Crettie (Hale) Mattingly. She Had retired from public Service and had worked at the Farmers State Bank for years. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren, her dog Lady and belonging to The Penecostal Church. Preceding her in death were her parents, and her husband Floyd Earl Grimes in 2009.

Survivors inlcude her son Dwayne Grimes, her daughter Lori and her husband John Wade, seven grandchildren, April Hagerman, Derek Wade, Tiffany McNew, Samantha McNew, Brandon Rivera, Michael Rankin, Hughe Rankin III, and two great grandchildren Gabby and Haden.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday Janruary 3, 2019 with Rev. Mike Fleming officiating at The Pentecostal Church at 54 Beasley St. Sullivan IN 47882. Visitation will be on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. untill the time of services. Burial will be at Center Ridge Cemetery, Holmes Memorial Chapel has ben entrusted with arrangements.
