Frances Phillips

Frances I. Phillips passed away at her residence, on Friday, February 7, 2014. She was born February 18, 1925, in Clay County Indiana, to Grover and Mary Bowman Seevers who preceded her in death. Frances is survived by her husband Wayne Phillips, a brother Grover Seevers Jr, and several nieces and nephews. She attended the Christian Church in Carlisle. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 11, 2014, at Holmes Memorial Chapel, in Sullivan, Indiana, from 9:00am until time of service at 11:00am with Rev. Jerry Nash officiating. Interment will follow in Shepherd Cemetery at the Shaker Prairie Christian Church.
