Frances Whitlock

Frances Louise Whitlock, 100, of Sullivan, IN, passed away on Wednesday July 8, 2020.  She was born in Carlisle, IN, on August 16, 1919, to William and Lida (Blything) Whitlock.  She was a 1937 graduate of Dugger High School.

Frances retired after 32 years of service at Public Service Indiana.  She was a member of the Business and Professional Women’s Club.  She enjoyed collecting dolls and quilting.  She is preceded in death by her parents.  She is survived by her sister, Evelyn Whitlock, of Sullivan.

Graveside services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 10, 2020, at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Carlisle, IN with Pastor Norman Santus officiating.  Holmes Memorial Chapel were entrusted with arrangements.
