Harold "Bud" Wilson, 85, of Sullivan passed away on Tuesday May 27, 2014 at Millers Merry Manor. He was born on November 3, 1928 to John and Dorothy Denny Wilson. Bud was a 1946 graduate of Graysville High School, was the owner of Riggs Hardware for almost 40 years, before that he was a truck driver hauling fuel for Farm Bureau Co Op and a driver for Elmore Oil Co. He was a member of the Carlisle Masonic Lodge F & AM #3, a recipient of award of Gold and past master of Graysville Lodge # 627 and attended Harvest Temple Church of God. Survivors include his wife Norma (Gray) Wilson whom he married on December 31, 1979, a daughter Mary Ann Wilson of Terre Haute, step son Donald Stalcup Sr. of Terre Haute, two sisters Frances Graves of Sullivan, Rosemary Gunther of Lafayette, six grandchildren Donnie (Maranda) Stalcup, Chad Stalcup, Chastity Al-Zayadi, Rheannon Stalcup, Desiree Stalcup, Stevie Stalcup thirteen great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Services will be 1:00 p.m. on Thursday May 29, 2014 at Holmes Memorial Chapel with Pastor Brian Barrett officiating. Visitation- will be on Wednesday from 4-8:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Center Ridge Cemetery. If friends so desire memorial contributions may be made to the Harvest Temple Church of God, envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
