Harry Pierce

Harry F. Pierce, 80, of Sullivan passed away on Friday November 11, 2016. He was born in Sullivan on July 7, 1936 to John Pierce and Anna Christina (Truelock) Pierce. Harry was a 1954 graduate of Sullivan High School, a member of the First Christian Church, and had retired from Hosier Energy. Preceding him in death are his parents, three brothers, Wayne, Rex, Max and a son in-law Brian Jackson.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years Doris (Pearman) Pierce whom he married April 5, 1958, a son Steven Pierce of Sullivan, two daughters Julie Pierce Williams of Sullivan, Ann Pierce Dunn (Roger) of Linton, a brother Bill (Linda) of Sullivan, seven grandchildren, Grant Williams, Kylie Williams, Taya Chesterfield, Sierra Pierce, Bryce Pierce, Jannae Jackson Murray, Pierce Jackson, several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday November 16, 2016 at The Holmes Memorial Chapel with Rev. David Cox officiating. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 4-8:00 p.m. Burial will be in Center Ridge Cemetery.
