Helen Rich

Helen Rich, 91, of Sullivan passed away on Sunday July 27, 2014 at Millers Merry Manor. She was born in Carlisle on December 15, 1922 to Sam and Ann (Alumbaugh) Hamilton. Helen was a Loving wife, mother, and grandmother to her family whom she cherished. She was a custodian for the Southwest School Corporation. Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband Emil Rich in 1981, brothers Sam, Donald, Harry Hamilton and a sister Grace Kinnett.

Survivors include her daughters Ruth Ann Wilson and her husband Sonny of Sullivan, Sandy Turner and her husband Tom of Shelburn, four brothers Gene Hamilton of Bedford, Albert (Barb) Hamilton of Sullivan, Frank (Carolyn) of Sullivan, four grandchildren Angie Wilson of Sullivan, Brad Turner of Sullivan, Amy House of Linton, Jeremy Turner of Terre Haute, great grandchildren, BK DeMoss, Derrick DeMoss, Mikayla Turner, Drake Turner, Gavin House, Blake House, great great grandchildren Kailyn DeMoss, Kole DeMoss, and arriving soon Kyvan DeMoss.

Services for Helen will be at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday July 29, 2014 at Holmes Memorial Chapel with Rev. David Cox officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will take place at Center Ridge Cemetery.
