Jack Lee Stevens, 64, of Merom, IN passed away at his residence on June 20, 2014. He was born September 11, 1949 in Omaha, Nebraska to Woodrow and Barbara Prose Stevens Garrard.
Survivors include his mother, a sister Tammy Owens (Henry) of Greencastle, IN, two brothers, Joseph Stevens (Marsha) of Cloverdale, IN, Jon Hoke of Kissimmee, FL, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father and two brothers, Jim Stevens of Terre Haute, IN and Mike Garrard of Jacksonville, FL.
Jack was a great guitarist and loved blues music.
Services will be at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, June 26, 2014 at Holmes Memorial Chapel in Sullivan, with Pastor Jim Beery officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until time of services. Interment will follow in Merom Cemetery.
