Jackie Kay Lankford

Jackie Kay Lankford, 70, of Sullivan, passed away on Monday, November 1, 2021, at her residence with family by her side.  Jackie was born in Indianapolis, IN, she was the daughter of Charles Junior and Dora Mae (Mitchell) Green.  She was a waitress with the Firehouse Restaurant in Clay City, she was the smiling face as you walked in the door and she also worked at the Tulip Company.  She enjoyed her family and cooking as well as crocheting and quilting.  Jackie was a loving mother and grandmother, and a friend to all who knew her.

Survivors include her daughter Rhonda (Bryan) Stormes of Sullivan; step daughters Melissa (Bobby) Smith of Carmel and Jacqueline (David) Fisher of Knightsville; brother Tim (Sharon) Green of Mooresville and sister Sheila (Ted) Morgan of Mooresville.  Jackie had 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.

There are no services planned at this time but will be a Celebration of Life at a later date. Holmes Memorial Chapel has assisted the family with arrangements.
