James Kevin Libke

James Kevin Libke left this physical earth on November 18th, 2019 in his family home. Kevin was born December 31st, 1961 in Bloomington, IN. In 1997 he married the love of his life, Julie Barre Libke, and the two share a daughter, Ashley Elaine.

Kevin traveled the US as a truck driver, sharing with his family stories of the open road. He was a hunter, a fisherman, a lover of John Deere tractors, and music was his passion. Along side his family, his best friend Greg, or sometimes even on his own, Kevin saw hundreds of shows, but his favorite was always the band Kiss. Kevin is survived by his parents James Edward Libke of Sullivan, and Mary Beth Olson of Edmond, OK. His wife, Julie, his daughter Ashley Anderson and her husband Allen. His granddaughters Jovie Lynn and Aurora "Rorie" Shea Anderson, his brother- in- laws Rex Barre (Bonnie), Rick Barre (Sherry), and Bill Barre (Stacee). His Nieces Melodee Thomas (Daryel), Melissa Beard, Brandy Kelsheimer (Lucas) ,Chelsee Purvis, and Nephews Brooks Bogard (Carrie), Chris Barre, Zach Barre, and Dalton Purvis. He is also survived by several great nieces and great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and his life long Best friend Greg Clark and his family.

Visitation will be Friday, from 4-8 at Holmes Memorial Chapel. Burial will be at a later date following cremation.
