Jimmy Mckee

Jimmy McKee 68, of Sullivan passed on to eternal life on December 7, 2023, to be with his wife whom he has missed dearly for 4 years. Jimmy was born in Sullivan Indiana to Charles and Thelma McKee on February 2, 1955. He worked and loved being at the Coulson Family farm as a matter of fact if you were ever looking for him that is likely where you would find him. Any other time he would be out fishing, hunting or working on lawnmowers.  Jimmy was a true family man. There was no better time spent than time with his grand and great grandchildren.

Preceding him in death are his parents, his brother Terry(Skeet) McKee, sisters Jessie Bergerman, Bertie Montgomery, Mary Pool, Barbara Fellows, and Luella Hise.

Those left to Cherish his memory are his sons Joey McKee (Susan) and Jacob McKee(Desirae), daughters Candace McKee and Jamie McKee, brother Roger McKee, sisters Pauline Snyder, Nancy Blackwell, Beverly McKee, Janice Schulz, Joyce Lingle, and Christy Morlock, Grandchildren James McKee, Kalyssa Purcell, Ethan Slawson, Mackenzie Slawson, and Jacob Michael McKee, and great grandchildren Brantley McKee, and Bristol McKee.

Services will be at Holmes Memorial Chapel in Sullivan, with visitation scheduled for Monday, December 11, 2023 from 11 to 1 p.m. and funeral to follow with Brother David Scott officiating. Interment will be at Truman Cemetery in Graysville Indiana.
