John Ham

John Ham, 66, of Sullivan passed away on Thursday April 13, 2017 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He was born in Sullivan on February 27, 1951, to the late Ralph E Ham and Edith Pauline (Huff) Ham. John was a 1969 Graduate of Sullivan High School, and a Lineman for Win Energy. He was a member of the American Legion, Shifters Car Club, enjoyed woodworking, stained glass, old cars, antiques, forestry; attended Crossroads Community Church and a previous member of Graysville Masonic Lodge. John had received the Conservation Farmer of the year from Sycamore Trails RC&D Forestry Organization.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years Linda (Mason) Ham whom he married on March 20, 1970, sons Jeffery (Shirley) Ham, Kent (Carrie) Ham both of Terre Haute, a brother, Randy (Susan) Ham of Sullivan, sister Jean (Stan) Skubis of St. Charles IL, grandchildren Abbi Ham, Mason Ham, Ava Ham, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and other family and friends.

A Celebration to Honor John's Life will be held at 7:00 p.m. at the Crossroasd Community Church on Friday April 21, 2017 with Eddie Hammond officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. untill the time of services.
