John Bruce Skinner, 66, of Indianapolis passed away on September 12, 2016 at his residence. He was born on October 6, 1949 to Harold Warren Skinner and Lyllis (Kennedy) Skinner. He is preceded in death by his parents, and a sister, Brenda Wasson. Survivors include his nieces Natalie Mansfield and Jeanie Pemberton.
