Josephine L. Steele

Josephine L. Steele of Sullivan, IN., passed away in Miller's Merry Manor in Sullivan, on May 27, 2014 at 10:15am. She was born March 8, 1919 in Gloversville, NY to Bennie and Carmelia Storey DeFrank. Survivors include a daughter Pat Hale, a son Michael Steele, 5 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her parents, and husband John N. Steele. Graveside services will be Thursday, May 29th at 11:30am in Center Ridge Cemetery with Harold Medsker officiating. In lieu of flowers the family suggest donations be made to the Eddie Hayes Fund at the Sullivan County Credit Union. Holmes Memorial Chapel assisted with arrangements.
