Kasey Louise Swiger Bell

Kacey Louise Swiger Bell, 67, of Sullivan, passed into the eternal presence of Jesus on Monday, November 3,2025. She began her journey in life on June 11,1958 in Terre Haute, Indiana the daughter of the late Charles and Maureen Ryan Swiger. Kacey attended Abundant Grace House of Prayer. She had a giving heart that was always willing to lend a helping hand to others. She enjoyed arts and crafts in her spare time. She was an excellent cook and was always happy to do so for those she loved, no matter the time of day or night, you never left her house hungry, or without your arms empty. Her children and grandchildren were the center of her life, she cherished every second spent with them.

Her parents both precede her.

Those here to cherish her memory are her children, Bill Francis (Audrey), John Francis, Montana Norris and Kayle Smith; siblings, Tony Swiger, Theresa Swiger Bowers, Christine Orr, and Lori Blevins. Several grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews along with many extended family and friends.

Services to celebrate Kaseys life, will be held at Holmes Memorial Chapel, on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 1:00 pm. with visitation from 11:00 am. until time of service. Sue Sanders and Scott Criss will be officiating.
