Katherine J Phegley

Katherine J. Phegley, 61, of Vincennes formerly of Carlisle, passed away on Friday, November 1, 2019 at Bridge Pointe Health Campus in Vincennes. She was born on April 22, 1958 in Sullivan County to Richard Phegley and Mary Jane (McCammon) Phegley. Kathy was a 1976 graduate from Sullivan High School and had gone to ISU where she graduated in Accounting. She had been employed as an accountant and worked at Sullivan State Bank. She was a member of Shaker Prairie Church and Daughters of the American Revolution. Preceding her in death are her parents.

Survivors include her brother Randy Phegley (Carla) of Carlisle, a niece Lanessa (Matthew) Mullens of Carlisle, nephew Jason (Bree) Phegley of Oaktown and a great nephew Tyler Mullens.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday November 7, 2019 at Holmes Memorial Chapel with Revs. Kirk Langston and Carl Williams officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services. Burial will be at Odd Fellows Cemetery.
