Larry Graham, 80, of Carlisle, passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021, at his residence with his family by his side.  He was born in Oblong IL, to Oral Graham and Florence (Hover) Graham.  He was a 1961 graduate of Pleasantville High School, had entered the U.S. Navy for 6 years and had been in sales most of his life. Larry had retired from the Wabash Valley Correctional Facility as a Sargent. He was a very talented person who enjoyed carving, painting, and was in the Disney movie “A Warriors Tale”. He wrote the books “Miracle Under the Apple Tree” and “Last Prophet”. He wrote many songs and loved to play music and sing. His band played and entertained all of the local nursing homes. Larry was preceded in death by his parents; brothers Charles Graham and Oral Robert Graham and a sister Vivian Allison.

Survivors include his wife Wanda (Chambers) Graham, a son Noah Graham, daughters Elizabeth Graham, Leona Graham, Abigail Graham, Cheryl (Paul) Fuson, a step son Timothy Longest; five grandchildren and eight great- grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and other extended family and friends.

There are no services planned at this time Holmes Memorial Chapel has assisted the family with arrangements.
