Laurie Jean Phegley, 40, passed away on Friday, March 15, 2019 at Deaconess Midtown Hospital. She was born on February 27, 1979 to Marion Phegley and Susan (Arthur) Phegley. She was a 1998 graduate of Sullivan High School, she loved her family and sewing. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Earl Phegley.
Survivors include her brothers, Owen (Laura) Phegley, Jake (Annette) Phegley, sisters Tina Cottingham and Shannon (Aaron) Torrence, several nieces and nephews.
Services will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at Holmes Memorial Chapel, with Pastor Bill Sam Phegley officiating. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. until time of services. Burial will be at Shepard Cemetery in Carlisle at the Shaker Prairie Church.
