Linda Miller

Linda Miller, 73, of Sullivan, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2018, at Terre Haute Regional Hospital surrounded by her loving family. Born in Kokomo on October 7, 1945, to Roy Royal and Louise (Gasser) Royal, Linda was a lifelong Hoosier.

In 1963, Linda graduated from Vincennes Lincoln High School. She also married the love of her life, Elmer "Nip" Miller, on June 15, 1963, and they were married for 53 years. Nip preceded her in death on August 19, 2016.

As a long-time member of the Sullivan First Christian Church, Linda was involved with the missionary units. In her pastime, she enjoyed volunteering at Sullivan Elementary School and, most recently, she was the morning pro-shop attendant at the Elks Golf Course.

Linda will be forever remembered by her daughter Carole Andre, her husband, David, her two grandchildren, Derek and Caylen, and several other nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends; including two sisters-in-law: Jeanette Bedwell and Peggy Miller.

Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 9, 2018, at Holmes Memorial Chapel-at 642 W Silver Street in Sullivan-with Ministers David Cox, Curt Bedwell, and Wes Bedwell officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2018, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Burial will take place at Center Ridge Cemetery.
