Logan Andrew Fulford, 37, life gracefully concluded in the comfort of his home, on May 16, 2026. He began his life journey on November 22, 1988 in Sullivan, Indiana. Born the son of Patrick Fulford and the late Greta Shipman Fulford.

Logan was a 2007 graduate of Sullivan High School, a 2011 graduate of Indiana State University, earning his PhD in 2017 from University of Cincinnati. He was a dedicated researcher who’s professional attitude and determination was a driving force in the Cancer and DNA fields.

His wicked sense of humor will echo forever, in the countless hearts of those he cherished. His warmth and kindness were evident to all he loved. He enjoyed gaming and traveling, not only for work but also for pleasure. Poetry and sharing everyday life with his family were among a few of his interests.

Those awaiting his arrival with open arms, were his Mother, Greta Fulford, Maternal grandparents, Bill Jack and Donetta Shipman, Paternal Grandfather, Lyle Fulford; Maternal Aunt, Jo Lyttle; Bonus Grandparents, Willis and Betty Lengacher and his beloved fur baby “Louie “.

Those here to cherish his memory are his Father, Patrick (Dee) Fulford; Paternal Grandmother, Tiny Fulford; sister, Samantha Fulford; Bonus Sister, Britney Riggs; Aunts, Jill (Dave) Hadar, Cathy (Mark) Mason, Lela Santus, Teresa (Tim) Wilson; Uncles, Mike (Susan) Fulford, Jeff (Valerie) Fulford, Jason Fulford, Matt Shipman, Mike Shipman and “Guncle”, to Olivia Riggs and Jamison Riggs; special sister, Kelsey Stringfellow Moss and her family, the Stringfellows. Along with numerous extended family and friends.

Services to celebrate a life well lived will be held at Holmes Memorial Chapel on Thursday, May 21, 2026 with visitation from 11:00 am. until time of service at 1:00 pm. with Pastor Jason Jones officiating. He will be laid to rest with his Mom in Peavey Cemetery.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to Holmes Memorial Chapel.

A celebration of Life will be held at CrossRoads Community Church on the square in Sullivan On Saturday , May 23, 2026 from 1:00pm. until 3:00pm.
