Marjorie Rose Arnett

Marjorie Rose Arnett, 79, of Sullivan passed away on Wednesday May 1, 2019 at Sullivan County Community Hospital. She was born on July 1, 1939 in Sullivan to Ernest Grimes and Dorothy (Partlow) Grimes. She was a member of the Harvest Temple Church of God. She was was a registered nurse for many years. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Fred Arnett, an infant daughter Carol Ann, six brothers, Ernie, Ronnie, Rodger, Richard, Michael and Gilbert, and a sister Betty Ammerman.

Survivors include her daughter, Julie Thompson, brothers, Jerry (Marsha) Grimes, Bobby (Teresa) Grimes, sisters, Pansy Eslinger, Gayle (Robert) Ashba, Jody Ashba, Dee Ann (Dale) Horst, grandchildren Kyle (Erica) Thompson, Ryan Thompson, great grandchild Lilly Thompson, several nieces, nephews, Cousins and extended family.

Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday May 23, 2019 at Center Ridge Cemetery with Pastor Donnie Eslinger and Tommy Pearison officiating. Holmes Memorial Chapel has been entrusted with arrangements.
