Marjorie Rose Suter, 80, of Farmersburg passed away on Wednesday November 28, 2018 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. She was born on July 28, 1938 in Charlestown, IN to Percy Self and Violet Marie (Copeland) Self. She was a 1956 graduate of Farmersburg High School. Marjorie was a Homemaker and enjoyed quilting, antiquing, square dancing with the Swinging Mates and bowling in the Wednesday morning coffee club. Preceded in death are her parents, her brothers, Joseph Self, Richard Self, and a sister Charlene Artman.

Survivors include her husband of 61 years Jackie Thomas Suter, whom she married on June 28, 1956; daughters, Carol (Drew) Brand, Nancy (Joe) Wright, Jamie Suter, Jackie (Rick) Gilbert, Michele (Mike) Anderson, nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren and one on the way.

Services will be at 11:00a.m. on Saturday December 1st, 2018 with Frank Bullock officiating, at Holmes Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be on Saturday from 9:00a.m. until the time of services. Burial will be at Westlawn Cemetery in Farmersburg.
