Mary Lee (Jones) Timms

Mary Lee (Jones)  Timms, 91, of Carlisle passed away on Friday, November 27, 2020, at Oak Village, in Oaktown.  She was born on April 30, 1929 to Russell Jones and Ethyl (Brown) Jones.  She was a member of the Carlisle (and later Sullivan) order of the Eastern Star and attended Crossroads Community Church. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, crocheting, and spending time with her grandchildren.  Preceding her in death are her husband, Roy  “Junior” Timms, a son  William “Bill” Timms, four brothers; John, Buck, Hank and Bill; and two sisters, Lillian Lincicum and Helen Carrico.

Survivors include  a daughter, Sandy (and Brad) Winters of Fargo, ND, a son, Steven (and Pam) Timms, a daughter in-law, Stella Timms, five granddaughters; Jennifer Winters, Karen Larson, Stephanie Timms, Jessica Cox and Rachel Timms; and four great-grandchildren, and  other relatives.

Services will be at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 5, 2020, at Holmes Memorial Chapel with Pastor Bill Sam Phegley officiating.  Visitation will be on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services.  Burial will be at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Carlisle.
