Judith E. "Judy" Jett, 56, of Carlisle died at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at Union Hospital in Terre Haute . The 1967 graduate of Sullivan High School was born December 29, 1949 in Greenville , KY to Henry Mallory and Dola Drake Mallory. She was a sales representative for the Sullivan Automotive Group and co owner of Jett's Automotive in Carlisle . She was a member of the Rose Wood Methodist Church at Rose Wood, KY.

Survivors include her husband of thirty three years Mike Jett of Carlisle whom she married July 19, 1973, one son Brian "Scooter" Vester and his wife Misty of Carlisle, her parents of Madisonville, KY, two brothers Jerry Mallory and his wife Dixie of Princeton, KY and Mike Mallory and his wife Kathy of Christopher, IL, one sister Lenita Strader and her husband Eddie of Sparta, TN, one grandson Keaton Vester of Carlisle and other relatives.

Services were at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, November 18, 2006 at the Holmes Memorial Chapel in Sullivan. Bill Sam Phegley officiated. Graveside services were at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, November 19, 2006 at the Rose Wood Methodist Cemetery in Rose Wood, KY. Pallbearers were Bill Strader, Matt Strader, Mark Mallory, Buddy Mallory, Evril Guimond and Joel Vink.
