Linda Kay Black, 59, of Indianapolis died at 12:05 a.m. Thursday, April 06, 2006 in her residence. She was born December 1, 1946 in Sullivan to Russell Wilson and Ruby Ridge Wilson. She was retired from General Motors after 28 years of service. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother John Wilson and one sister Jean Gilbreath.
Survivors include one son John William Black and his wife Angel of Monrovia, two daughters Kimberly Fast, of Indianapolis and Julie Bennett and her husband Ryan of Camby, two brothers Jerry Wilson of Merom and Robert Wilson and his wife Penny of Elnora, two sisters Mary Lutton of Muncie and Jewell Kolcheck and her husband Tom of North Salem, eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren and other relatives.
Services were at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2005 at the Holmes Memorial Chapel in Sullivan. Rev. Eddie Hammond officiated. Burial was in the Mount Zion Cemetery near New Lebanon. Pallbearers were John C. Black, Glenn Randolph, Randy Fast, Ryan Bennett, Tommy Kolcheck and Carlos Riddle.
