Lori Ann Grubb, 23, of Shelburn died at 6:20 a.m. Tuesday, March 21, 2006 in Union Hospital at Terre Haute . The 2000 graduate of Sullivan High School was a former nurse's aid at St. Mary's of the Woods. She was born April 30, 1982 in Sullivan to Thomas "Tom" Grubb and Cheryl Ivers Grubb. She was a member of the Sullivan First Christian Church.

Survivors include her parents of Shelburn, two brothers Tom Grubb, Jr. and his wife Deborah and Chad A. Grubb and his wife Lisa all of Sullivan, one sister Melissa Grubb Alexander and her husband Rodney of Norfolk, VA, her grandmother Josephine Grubb of Newtown, IN and other relatives.

Services were at 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 24, 2006 at the Sullivan First Christian Church. Rev. Dale Wise, Rev. David Cox and Rev, Dave Meding officiated. Burial was in the Center Ridge Cemetery . Pallbearers were Tom Grubb, Jr., Chad Grubb, Robert Grubb, Jerry Wagoner, Jeff Wagoner and Ron Baldwin. Music was provided by Mary Huff.
