Charles R. "Chuck" Boles, Jr. 36, of Sullivan died Friday, January 25, 2006 at his residence. He was born April 2, 1971 in Indianapolis to Charles R. Boles, Sr. and Jane Anne Setzer Boles Walls. He was a former employee at the Sullivan Senior Center, a member of the Sons of the American Legion Post #139 and the Sullivan Democrat Club. He was a member of the First Christian Church and attended the Crossroads Community Church. He was preceded in death by his father and one sister Deborah Shaheen.

Survivors include his mother and step father Charles Walls of Sullivan, two sisters Jennifer McCrary and her husband Darron of Oaktown and Jo Anne Boles of Sullivan and other relatives. Services were at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 28, 2008 at the Holmes Memorial Chapel. Rev. David Cox officiated. Burial was in the Center Ridge Cemetery. Pallbearers were Darron McCrary, Darron McCrary, Jr., Todd Setzer, Don Gibson, Gibby Ashton and Travis Hamburg.
