Fenton Riley Sanders, 64, of Sullivan died at 1:40 p.m. Monday, June 19, 2006 in the Sullivan County Community Hospital . He was born July 20, 1941 in Sullivan to Edgar Sanders and Mary Louise Ammerman Sanders. He was a retired security guard, a member of the Hymera Community Church and the Greene County Gospel Association. He was preceded in death by one daughter Rita Sanders and his parents and two brothers Bob Ammerman and Bill Sanders.

Survivors include his wife Norma Dean Sanders of Sullivan, three sons Dan Boone, Brent Sanders and John Boone all of Sullivan, three daughters Julie Boone and Sue King both of Sullivan and Susan Rassel of Valparaiso, one brother Lex Sanders of Valparaiso, three sisters Sandy McKinley and Wanda Silcott both of Sullivan and Debra Drake San Antonio, twelve grandchildren and other relatives.

Memorial services were at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at the Hymera Community Church. Rev. David Swalls officiated. Burial will be at a later date in the Oak Grove Cemetery at Wilfred.
