Kathryn Oliver, 82, of Jasonville and formerly of Sullivan passed away at 5:20 a.m. Monday, September 14, 2009 at the Greene County General Hospital. She was born January 22, 1927 in Greenville, KY to Thomas Evitts and Bertie Anderson Evitts. She was preceded in death by her husband James Oliver and her parents.

Survivors include three daughters Sharon (and Dewight) Whiteman, Shelburn, Patti (and James) Hopewell, Kalamazoo, MI and Janice (and James) Cheek, Jasonville, six grandchildren Lisa (Cliff) Bohnert, Randall (Andrea) Whiteman, Heather (Mick) Francis, Lindsay (Brian) Hunter, Paige Hopewell and Ian (Robyn) Gilbert, ten great grandchildren and other relatives.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the Holmes Memorial Chapel with Rev. Don Ransford officiating. Burial will be in the Center Ridge Cemetery. Visitation is 4-8:00 p.m. Wednesday.
