Linda Ann Taylor, 51, of Sullivan died at 1:39 a.m. Tuesday, January 02, 2007 in the Sullivan County Community Hospital . The 1973 graduate of Sullivan High School was born April 5, 1955 in Sullivan to Robert "Bob" Robbins and Jacqueline Zeigler Robbins. She was the owner and operator of Linda's Catering Service and a member of the Hymera Rebakah's Lodge. She was a member of the Sullivan First Christian Church where she was a member of the Choir and the Missionary Unit 1. She was preceded in death by her mother and one sister Terri Sue Robbins.

Survivors include her husband thirty three years James "Jim" Taylor of Sullivan whom she married July 29, 1973, two daughters Jill Young and her husband Troy of Robinson, IL and Karen Beth Taylor of South Bend, her father of Sullivan, two brothers Robert "Robin" Robbins, Jr. of Paxton and Matthew Robbins of Linton, three sisters Mary Kay Lucchesi of Glen Ellyn, IL, Donna Bartlett of Terre Haute and Judy Jones of Sullivan, two grandchildren and other relatives.

Services were at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 6, 2007 at the First Christian Church. Rev. Dale Wise officiated. Burial was in the Carlisle Odd Fellows Cemetery . Pallbearers were Robert "Robin" Robbins, Matthew Robbins, Andy Jones, Keith Taylor, Daniel Bartlett and Jared Bartlett. Organist was Mary Huff and soloist was Rev. David Cox.
