Dennis Evan Stuck, 84, of Farmersburg died at 10:50 a.m. Friday, February 23, 2007 at the Sullivan County Community Hospital . He was born August 5, 1922 in Fairbanks to Robert Stuck and Lucy Pugh Stuck. He was a retired paint attendant for Stran Steel in Terre Haute . He was a member of the Friendship Baptist Church , the Shelburn Masonic Lodge and the Scottish Rite. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother Thomas Stuck and one sister Lois Metcalf.

Survivors include his wife of sixty four years Betty Louise Landis Stuck of Farmersburg whom he married August 21, 1942, one son Terry Stuck and his wife Olga of Ocala, FL, one daughter Sharon Drake of Farmersburg, two brothers William Stuck and Roger Stuck both of Shelburn, three grandchildren, three great grandchildren and other relatives.

Services were at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 27, 2007 at the Holmes Memorial Chapel in Sullivan. Rev. John Turner officiated. Burial was in the Westlawn Cemetery .
