William Frank Stuck, 77, of Shelburn passed away at 9:50 a.m. Friday, May 30, 2008 in the Breckinridge Health and Living Center. The U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean War was born December 20, 1930 in Shelburn to Robert Stuck and Lucy Pugh Stuck. He was a retired laborer and a member of Local 204 Laborer and Hod Carriers Union. He was preceded in death by his parents, one daughter Lisa May, two brothers Tom Stuck and Dennis Stuck and one sister Lois Metcalf.
Survivors include his wife of fifty six years Helen Elizabeth Jennings Stuck of Shelburn whom he married July 2, 1951, two sons Robert Stuck and wife Debbie of Shelburn and Brad Stuck and wife Krystal of Sullivan, one brother Roger Stuck of Shelburn, five grandchildren Karen Graves, Brittney Stuck, Danielle Stuck, Seth Vilchuck and Lucas Vilchuck, four great grandchildren and other relatives.
Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Holmes Memorial Chapel in Sullivan with Rev. J.F. Rehmel officiating. Burial with military graveside rites by the Sullivan, Shelburn and Hymera American Legions and the Sullivan VFW will be in the Little Flock Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Barry Stuck, Roudy Stuck, Jay Dee Williams, Lucas Vilchuck, Robert Wright and Jay Dunn. Visitation is 11:00 a.m. until time of services Tuesday.
