Ruby Mae Boone Ready, 92, of Sullivan and formerly of Carlisle died at 3:40 a.m. Friday, March 14, 2008 in Miller's Merry Manor. She was born September 20, 1915 in Carlisle to Harry Lambeth and Viola Robbins Lambeth. She was a homemaker and a member of the Vincennes Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Howard Boone, her second husband Max Ready, one son Harry Stanley Boone, one brother Loren Lambeth and two sisters Lois Lambeth and Esther Lambeth.

Survivors include four sons Kenneth Boone, Albuquerque, NM, Thomas Boone, Kingman, AZ, Steven Boone, Mission, TX and Gary Boone, Carlisle, two daughters Janet Kay Yardman, Santa Fe, NM and Mary Goss, Mission, TX, two step sons John Ready, Princeton and Tom Ready, Sullivan, two sisters Maxine Huff and Dorothy Roberts both of Sullivan, thirteen grandchildren, five step grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, five step great grandchildren, five great, great grandchildren and other relatives.

Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2006 at the Carlisle Off Fellows cemetery with Bro. Allan Griggs officiating. Holmes Memorial Chapel of Sullivan is in charge of arrangements.
