Annette Kay Samm, 44, of Hymera died Wednesday, January 02, 2008 at the Sullivan County Community Hospital. She was born November 8, 1963 in Sullivan to Carl Samm and Ethel Fink Samm.

Survivors include her parents of Hymera, three brothers Mark Samm, of Shelburn, Carl Samm, Jr. of Pimento and James Samm of Hymera, one sister Patricia Padgett of Lyons and other relatives.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Holmes Memorial Chapel in Sullivan with Rev. David Swalls officiating. Burial will be in the K of P Cemetery at Hymera. Visitation is 4-8:00 p.m. Saturday.
