Thaddeus G. "Ted" Plucinski, 72, of Sullivan passed away at 1:18 p.m. Friday, June 4, 2010 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. He was born January 26, 1938 in Chicago to George Plucinski and Victoria Piotrowski Plucinski. He was a retired electrician for the Teletype Corporation and co-owner of Molly's RV and Bait Shop. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Georgiann Mulcahy.

Ted, is survived by his wife of fifty-two years Patricia Parks Plucinski of Sullivan whom he married July 27, 1957, two sons Anthony Plucinski and Rick Plucinski both of Sullivan, four brothers Bernard Plucinski, Chicago, James Plucinski, Sterling, VA, Edward Plucinski, Mundlein, IL and Robert Plucinski, Des Plaines, IL and other relatives.

Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Holmes Memorial Chapel with Rev. David Cox officiating. Burial with military rites by the Sullivan, Shelburn and Hymera American Legions and the Sullivan Veterans of Foreign Wars will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery, New Lebanon. Visitation is 4-8:00 p.m. Monday.
