Sullivan, IN Margaret Lucille Drake, 91, of Fairbanks, passed away at 10:30 am Saturday, October 8, 2011 at Breckenridge Healthcare in Sullivan, IN. She was born in York, IL . October 16, 1919 to Ernie Holmes and Ruby Nichols Holmes. She was a graduate of Fairbanks High School in 1938. She was preceded in death by her husband Dean Drake and a sister Helen Johnson. Survivors include her son Rodney Drake and his wife Debra of Gallatin TX, two daughters Sue Drake-Runyan of Farmersburg, Nancy Mitchell and her husband Ronald of Titusville FL. Six grandchrldren Dena Swearingen, Eric Drake, Teresa Cornelius, Doug Smith, Daniel Drake, and David Drake. She is also survived by nine Great-grandchildren and one Great-Great-Grandchild. Services will be held at Holmes Memorial Chapel Sullivan Indiana, Monday, October 10 , 2011 at 2 :00 pm with Pastor Norman Santus officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00pm until time of service. Burial will be in Pogue Cemetery in Fairbanks.
