Sullivan, IN Nelle B. Power, 95, of Sullivan passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at Millers Merry Manor, Sullivan. She was born February 7, 1916 in Merom to Daniel Pirtle and Serena Funk Pirtle. She was a retired from the Roots Department Store as a Sales Clerk. She was preceded in death by her husband George Power in 2004 and a son Jack Power in 2008. Survivors include her Daughter in law Myrna Sluder Power, Grandchild John Power of Sullivan and Valerie Power of Sullivan. Two Great-Grandchildren, Stephen Power, and Kimberly Power of Sullivan, and one Great-Great-Grandchild Draven Power of Sullivan. Services will be at a later date and burial will take place at the Center Ridge Cemetery. The Holmes Memorial Chapel was entrusted with arrangements.
