Norma Ernestine Bledsoe, 86, of Hymera passed away at 12:38 p.m. Monday, April 18, 2011 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. She was born on February 23, 1925 in Hymera to Austin Sparks and Bessie Thomas Sparks. Norma attended Hymera High School and married Robert Bledsoe who preceded her in death in 1993. She was a homemaker.

Survivors include two sons Jerry Bledsoe and his wife Marilyn of Hymera and Danny Bledsoe and his wife Joyce of Terre Haute, a sister Imogene Goodman, Hymera, two grandchildren, six great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild. Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday April 21, 2011 at the Holmes Memorial Chapel in Sullivan with Rev. Norman Santus officiating. Burial will be at K of P Cemetery in Hymera. Visitation is Thursday 12:00 p.m. until services.
