Merom, Terry "Tim" Lewis, 61, of Merom, formerly of Shelburn passed away Sunday May 27, at 1:13 p.m. at Regional Hospital. He was born in Sullivan on August 8, 1950 to Robert "Bob" and Ruth Adams Lewis. Tim was an Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Eddie Lewis. Survivors include one sister Penny (Bill) Irwin of Shelburn, two brothers Gene (Diana) Lewis of Shelburn and David Lewis of Merom, two God daughters Tracy McClure Thompson of Shelburn and Stacy Sturma of Greene Co. one daughter Bobbie Jill (Kenny) Drury of Kempton IN, one son David Meyer of Terre Haute four grandsons one granddaughter & several nieces and nephews. Services for Tim will be on Thursday May 31, 2012 at 1:00 P.M. at Holmes Memorial Chapel with Revs. Terry Bush and Norman Santus officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday from 10:00 am until the time of services. Burial will be in the Little Flock Cemetery. Military rites will be given by the Sullivan, Shelburn and Hymera American Legion Post, and Sullivan Co. VFW.
