They had two children Jill Suzanne Lear and James Richard (Dick) Lear II. In her youth, Wanda ‘s joys were her beloved dog Bubbles Ruth, seeing movies and reading, memorizing and reciting poetry, and having fun with her girlfriends. Later in life, Wanda's enjoyment came from watching her two children grow, being involved in their school activities, traveling with her family, attending the monthly Bunco gathering with her girlfriends, and her church. Wanda was a life long member of Farmersburg Presbyterian Church where she was baptized and remained very active for her entire life, attending church as recently as a week ago. Wanda will always be remembered for bringing a smile to a friend by remembering their birthday or anniversary with a card and being a secret Santa to so many in the Farmersburg and surrounding community. Wanda is survived by her husband Jim, her daughter Jill and her husband Dr. Bill Williams III (who Wanda affectionately called "Wills"), Austin, TX; her son Dick and his wife Dr. Lisa Lear, Tucson, AZ; two grandchildren Maddi Lear Williams and Rory Suzanne Williams, Austin, TX; her sister Jean Hawhee, sister-in-law Vernice McDonald niece Lana Hawhee Shuck and nephew Phil Hawhee and their families.
