Pamela Sue Tislow, 63, of Terre Haute formerly of Carlisle passed away on Saturday March 9, 2013 at Terre Haute Regional Hospital. She was born on October 1, 1949 in Sullivan Co. to Roy and Maize Vantlin Tislow. She was a 1967 graduate of Sullivan High School and became a Homemaker after graduating from College. She was a member of the Oakland Church of Christ. Surviving members of her family are her son Royss Ellis of Terre Haute, a daughter Aavril and her wife Kierstin Bemis Ellis of Terre Haute, two brothers Jack Tislow of Carlisle, Don Tislow of Carlisle, a sister Norma Barker of Carlisle, five grandchildren Briella Ellis, Jayda Ellis, Kaylee Ellis, Guage Ellis, Brailynn Ellis and her friend, companion and Service Dog Rebel. Services for Pamela will be 11 AM at the Odd Fellows Cemetery in Carlisle on Wednesday March 13, 2013 with Rev. Allan Griggs Officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Holmes Memorial Chapel. The family suggest that in lieu of flowers that contributions may be made to the Funeral Home to help offset final expenses.
