Patricia Ann Smith

Patricia Ann Smith, 86, of Sullivan passed away on May 22, 2020 at Miller’s Merry Manor.  She was born on March 28, 1934 to Paul Pinkston and Lorene (Bradbury)Pinkston.  Patricia was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Elmer W. Smith and her son Jackie L. Smith.

Patricia enjoyed gardening, shopping and socializing with her friends (especially going out to different places to eat). Her resiliency, positive attitude and adaptability throughout her life, particularly during the past several months, have been an inspiration to her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include her sons William E. Smith (Linda), Stanley Smith (Debbie), daughters Terri K. Dietrich and Janice A. Smith (Tom), a brother Jack Pinkston, sisters Judy Dietz and Beverly Pomo,

9 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

A private family service will be held at the graveside at Center Ridge Cemetery. If friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made to the Merom Institute Senior Dinner Program or Brownbaggers Meal Program.
